We generally have a positive, laid back culture where everyone is available to support a fellow team member.
Everyone seems to be working for the same goals and supports each other to get there. We are all very passionate about what we're doing so I think that creates a very positive environment!

The studios are all different so each team and part of the business has its own vibe. Its great to have lots of different teams - but we could work harder on sharing between teams.

Nothing specific is going wrong, but of course things can always be improved.
The company could be better at prioritizing. Also, when are we acting as one Zynga team/company/leadership group and when are we acting as individual studios with their own personality, goals and priorities.
