We generally have a positive, laid back culture where everyone is available to support a fellow team member.
Everyone seems to be working for the same goals and supports each other to get there. We are all very passionate about what we're doing so I think that creates a very positive environment!
The company does a lot to create a diverse and inclusive environment – there are a lot of resources and activities, such as the Woman at Zynga group that help support and fost

I appreciate working with people who are friendly and dedicated to the game making process. We come from vastly different backgrounds, and it's great we all manage to find common ground. Dog-friendly workplace with understanding coworkers is always a plus too.

The work environment is weirdly positive, even though mistakes are made in a daily basis. The inexperience makes them unaware of the consequences of their mistakes.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
it has become EA. If you are not from EA, your days are numbered. Anyone who has an opinion that is different than the leaders, should pack your bags
The studios are all different so each team and part of the business has its own vibe. Its great to have lots of different teams - but we could work harder on sharing between teams.
