What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicating a clear vision for the company and a strategy for each location!
They need to stop being arrogant people and appreciate what employees actually do for the company. Many of us work very hard to keep things moving and only see rewards for the squeaky wheels or those who feed the egos
They need to compensate employees better in order to keep top people.
Consistency in strategy and communication, HR Program strategy and communication.

Usually present for the all hands and no much else, too many managers with zero managing skills, managers are usually selected for years in the company but not actual experience managing teams.
