I work in IT and enjoy my work and all of my coworkers. They have good benefits and pay and a great work environment.

Huge opportunity to build something BIG and accelerate career development in the process. Normal startup challenges.

There are a lot of employees leaving the company or are thinking of leaving. Doesn't seem to be a top priority to retain talent, and even worse, employees are often let go without much acknowledgement and teams are expected to absorb the extra work.

Fast growing start up in a new industry. Pretty collaborative place to work along with a great growing sales team with a VP who has a great background in scholastic sales.

They are focused but don't micromanage.

Very transparent, set realistic goals, and cares about the employees. They have personal relationship with basically everyone.

Basic understanding of what drives employee morale. They want clarity, stability, and support to do their jobs.

All of it is great.

Sales Comp is above market average.

No 401k matching, no bonuses. Not even basic cost of living wage increases.

Everyone has great ideas and supports the company.

Transparent and collaborative amongst the top things. They work to build a community at work but with the teams and schools they are selling to as well.

I got to meet great mentors.

It was challenging but not to the level of "gotcha" type questions. It was to make sure you were able to do the job and succeed.

I like my job in IT.
