What is the best part about your compensation package?
We are paid several ways and even receive commission from our own purchases. They continue to improve rewards and incentives as well.

Compensation is low for industry standard
I feel undervalued because it isn't about the associates who work hard to push out the numbers for the company. Management don't care.
