Site based bonuses instead of company
Compensation is low for industry standard
I feel undervalued because it isn't about the associates who work hard to push out the numbers for the company. Management don't care.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They need to be called out on what they are doing and they need to follow there own policies and have HR and group leads managment etc that have done the job and won't lie and cheat for the company. Stop lying to auditors.
