What do you like best about the leadership team?
They take the time to train you and make sure your on top of you A game
The team has great mentorship and great leaders
The fact that we all have common sense which some people don't have now a days

Hiring more reliable staff so you can actually have a life. PLS works you to the ground with nothing to show for it.

Payment is really fair for us CSR

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Commision for the hundreds of debit cards that the employees sell for PLS Financial each month period.
Going back to work with netter pay
They dont care about your personal self just making moneh

Were friendly help one another to teach our goal effectively
My team enjoys coming to work because we make the environment fun for both the team and customers
How fast we all get along
Loyal, Hardworking, Positive looking for the better of the company

Not sure we have different meetings

Friendly customers and coworkers, which are few

A bettet manager's and coworkers
Better team store manager district manager etc
What did you like most about the interview process?
The manager that used to work there but she no longer does
It was good and my first year or year and half great. However that changed.
Friendly welcoming to the team seemed like a nice place to work
All the smiles from the employees said enough for me in my book

Hire the right Leaders not Yes Men
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that i can help customers fast and effective
Just helping the customers and getting them out the store as quick as possible.

Some employees are rude its a bunch oh fooling around
Culture is not positive. It is designed to feel like you are about to lose your job at any given moment
The supervisors and managers be having attitudes they need to stop giving co workers attitudes
