Leadership needs to be proactive, not reactive, and needs to start following their own protocols. Managers need to start actually getting involved.

Having 7 - 8 meetings a day is ridiculous. Pick a goal, make a plan, and follow through. Quit talking about it and do it.

Streamline the interview process...and speed it up. It shouldn't take 6-7 interviews and two months to get hired for a middle management position.

CEO decisions and allowing the bureaucracy and personal agendas to overtake the business. Retaliation and sabotage of good employees is disgusting and disturbing.
