Celebrate each other's work. Have more communication and collaboration between teams.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
2% annual raises are not livable. No other companies give gift cards in lieu of bonuses
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Invest in current talent, stop hiring out management roles. Pay fairly. Stop over working employees
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It's a very closed off environment. No body celebrates each other's victories. It's a heads down, clock in and out environment.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Training employees. Developing talent from within the company instead of continually going outside for talent. Fairly compensating employees (gifts cards should not be annual bonus). Be atleast somewhat transparent and honest to employees on company goals and health.
