Communication on company goals and performance. We have no idea what our goal is. We'll hear about opportunities once and never hear about them again

Training employees. Developing talent from within the company instead of continually going outside for talent. Fairly compensating employees (gifts cards should not be annual bonus). Be atleast somewhat transparent and honest to employees on company goals and health.

less than industry standards at all levels, especially for all the hours

they're nice, but not really a team. lots of passive aggressive people and back stabbing

It's a very closed off environment. No body celebrates each other's victories. It's a heads down, clock in and out environment.

having more company events and outings. we should be building culture
More collaboration. Although we are part of the same company people on different teams are cold too each other. They won't look at you when you pass them in the office to say hi
