Mr. Patrick V. Apodaca has been the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of PNM Resources, Inc. since January 2010. Mr. Apodaca joined PNM Resources from the University of New Mexico, where he served as university counsel since 2006. His community involvement includes serving as a board member and past chairman of the New Mexico Symphony Orchestra. He served as Partner of Keleher and McLeod. He has significant experience at the national level, having served as associate counsel to President Carter from 1977 to 1981. Mr. Apodaca is a graduate of Harvard Law School.
