What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited vacation plan and 401(k).
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They lowballed me by about $15,000 because I was desperately needing work visa and green card support.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are positive, kind, hard-working, creative and cooperative
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
More team building activities are needed. More diversity hires are needed. Asian and Caucasian employees are well represented, but all other groups fall short of the regional demographics.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My team lead is an warm, driven, empathetic but super proactive leader

They did accommodate my schedule and finished the supposedly 3 weeks process to 1 day
