What do you like best about the leadership team?
sincere and committed to team members
They work carefully with all employees and give very detailed information.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The GM is the owner's son he didnt earn his position he was given it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
all team members receive the same profit sharing and value share recognizes relative contributions.
Nothing they lie. Empty promises.
All of it is equally great
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Give me more money please. It's very deserving.

all on the same team attitude

Everybody works well with each other. A nice friendly environment.

They will never change. They are LAZY DRUNKS...
