Mr. Kenneth J. Pucel, also known as Ken, has been an Executive Vice President of Global Operations, Engineering & Lean at Polaris Industries Inc. since December 1, 2014. Mr. Pucel is responsible for all aspects of Polaris manufacturing operations, including production, quality, supply chain, logistics and inventory for Polaris' 12 global factories. He oversees Polaris engineering, R&D and Lean enterprise functions. Mr. Pucel served as an Executive Vice President of Global Operations, Quality & Technology at Boston Scientific Corporation from December 2012 to November 28, 2014. Mr. Pucel served for 25 years with BSC and established a track record of consistently delivering significant results in a complex global business. He has a wealth of practical experience in designing and implementing Lean operations that produce meaningful, lasting results in safety, quality, delivery and cost reduction. Mr. Pucel served as an Executive Vice President of Global Operations & Technology at Boston Scientific Corporation since January 2011. He served as an Executive Vice President of Global Operations at Boston Scientific Corp. since October 31, 2006 where he was responsible for manufacturing plants in the United States and Ireland. Mr. Pucel served as Senior Vice President, Operations of Boston Scientific Corp. from December 20, 2004 to October 31, 2006. He joined Boston Scientific in 1989 holding various positions in its Cardiovascular Group, including Manufacturing Engineer, Process Development Engineer, Operations Manager, Production Manager and Director of Operations. He served as Vice President and General Manager, Operations at Boston Scientific Corporation from June 2001 to September 2002. He served as Vice President of Operations for Maple Grove, Minnesota facility from May 1997 to June 2001. He is a Member of the Cardiovascular Council of Boston Scientific Corp. Mr. Pucel holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Biomedical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
