Polaris Industries Has HQ in Minnesota. Transamerican Auto Parts is based at LAX. It oversees All 4 Wheel Parts Stores,currently 110 Locations. 11 Distribution Warehouses in USA and Canada Supply Dealers, Distributors and Parts. It took about 4-5 years to reach maximum traction.

Being experts in the field
listen to employees, give them the raises instead of taking the bulk of the profits
Professionalism. There is very little of it.
leadership, honesty, people development, competence, not taking all the credit for peoples work. Stop blaming your employees for your incompetence, plan better, execute better, support your employees.

I founded my first company at 24 years old. 4 In past 30 Years. My first company is a Beauty Supply Distributor. Still doing well. I developed, designed and deployed of our MCM ERP version. All 4 companies I founded sold and are doing well. I've exceeded 200k in 10 years+. Package is excellent.
They exist and they are mostly what I need.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Market value and care about your pwople.
don't feel like mgmt listens, they do what they need to do to ensure they get the big bonuses
Culture is degrading, organization makes big mistakes when hiring bad leaders especially at the vp level. The IT leadership Is completely political and the place is miserable to work with. I will move to another company in the fall for less money and a better quality of life.

The individual performers and some of the supervisors work together as a team to accomplish goals. The problem is we get no support but the VP takes the credit.

Either you change the people or change the people. The second change the people is the best course of action.

Leadership and accountability are non existent. The VP and his leadership in IT is lacking.
