Chance to work overtime and profit sharing

I founded my first company at 24 years old. 4 In past 30 Years. My first company is a Beauty Supply Distributor. Still doing well. I developed, designed and deployed of our MCM ERP version. All 4 companies I founded sold and are doing well. I've exceeded 200k in 10 years+. Package is excellent.

They exist and they are mostly what I need.

It is above the industry standards

The perks. Riding, flexible schedule, profit-sharing.

The profit share we receive and the stock shares, School funds

The total compensation package is quite attractive

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Market value and care about your pwople.

don't feel like mgmt listens, they do what they need to do to ensure they get the big bonuses

Culture is degrading, organization makes big mistakes when hiring bad leaders especially at the vp level. The IT leadership Is completely political and the place is miserable to work with. I will move to another company in the fall for less money and a better quality of life.
