The creativity for the important decisions
There are many levels of support

Scheduling and respect needs to be worked on.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The food cards that they gave us, and the shirts that we win some times.

Compensation is not an issue. The job is just non-fullfilling.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very productive, bus sometimes they got lazy
They are so supportive and united
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers are not very mature and do not respect each other enough.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The inclusive campaings, sometimes happens.
There are alot of screenings and attempts to follow protocol.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Promote more from within the company
What did you like most about the interview process?
THe interview is very complete, and I liked that.
