Most people at the company have good intentions. CEO and Chief People Officer spoiled this though by creating a gendered, barrier laden culture.
Amazingly positive. Co-workers are respectful, generous, transparent, and truly care about their product and their customers.
This is an amazing growth company- not only exciting opportunities to support artists and take on interesting work but a culture that really supports people and lives its values.
