Our leadership team is committed to sticking to our core principles and doing business the right way versus growing for growth's sake. They also care deeply about everyone at the agency and advocate for a healthy work-life balance.
What makes you most happy at work?
I still find the work I do interesting even after 12 years. I genuinely like and appreciate my co-workers and leadership team. I am paid fairly, treated respectfully, and have an excellent work-life balance that I do not have to compromise.
