It's very inclusive and fairly laid back. We have an engagement committee that organizes fun and unique activities for everyone.

Leadership is extremely transparent about the financial health of the company, which goes a long way in instilling confidence and trust.
What makes you most happy at work?
The work and challenges I work on every day. That coupled with my work environment and the flexibility of my schedule because of the trust of leadership are huge to me.
