What do you like best about the leadership team?I have always felt very supported by my leaders. My team leaders are available to me when I need help or encouragement, but at the same time, they allow me to run my Posh business in my own unique way. It's a great balance.
What are some of the best things about your team?I love working with smart, talented women who are passionate about bettering their lives and helping others better their lives, too. I consider them friends, and they are always so incredibly helpful and supportive.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The whole corporate culture of Posh is about having fun. We are encouraged to take time for ourselves and to enjoy the products not just constantly push to sell, sell, sell.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Ann Dalton needs to care more about the heart of the company and less about profits.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?This is nothing more than an MLM scheme tricking women into thinking they can make tons of money by hawking overpriced products. My earnings in 2017 broke down to $3/hour.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Nothing different about this legal pyramid scheme than any other mlm business.
