Fair base pay plus commission. Our benefits are also top tier. The best I have ever been offered.

PosiGen offers the best benefits of any company I have worked for. The company pays 75% of our health insurance premiums, offers tuition reimbursement paying 50% of tuition, paid time to volunteer, ample PTO, etc.

The tuition reimbursement is the best part because it shows the company is willing to allow their employees to grow. I wish I could have received it when I graduated a year ago.
