Fair base pay plus commission. Our benefits are also top tier. The best I have ever been offered.

PosiGen offers the best benefits of any company I have worked for. The company pays 75% of our health insurance premiums, offers tuition reimbursement paying 50% of tuition, paid time to volunteer, ample PTO, etc.

We truly have a familial culture and environment in the office. Regardless of department or position, we are all friends and interact like friends. All team members are always willing to jump in and help when needed.

The leadership team is mission driven and the company's mission drives our daily actions. They also always look out for the best interest of employees. For example, paying for hotel rooms and repairing roofs after a hurricane hit Louisiana.

I truly enjoy the work I do. I am happiest when I am able to help others. As a recruiter, every day I help people realize their true potential and transferrable skills, help set them up for success for interviews, and ultimately help people gain employment at a fantastic, mission-driven company.
