J. Michael Townsley — President & CEO of Post Refrigerated Retail at Post Holdings

Mr. J. Michael Townsley, also known as Mike, is President and CEO, Post Refrigerated Retail at Post Holdings, Inc. since January 2018. He was the Chief Executive Officer and President at Bob Evans Farms, Inc. since April 2017 until January 2018 and served as its President at BEF Foods, Inc. since June 2008 until May 2017. Mr. Townsley served as the Interim Co-Chief Executive Officer at Bob Evans Farms, Inc. from December 2014 to September 2015 and also served as its President of Food Products since June 2008. Mr. Townsley served as Executive Vice President of Food Products Division of Bob Evans Farms Inc. from November 17, 2006 to June 2008. He leads the manufacturing, distribution, sales and marketing for Bob Evans Farms Inc.'s entire food products division, including products sold under the Bob Evans and Owens brand names. He served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Owens Country Sausage Inc., a subsidiary of Bob Evans Farms Inc. until November 17, 2006. He served as Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing of Premium Standard Farms, LLC a fully integrated pork company. He served as Vice President of fresh pork sales of Smithfield Packing Company for three years and spent 11 years with IBP, Inc. in a variety of sales and management positions. He serves on Southwestern Meat Association Board of Directors, as well as the Packer Process Industry Council. He served on the board of directors for the National Pork Producers Council and the Colorado Beef Board. He served as a Director of Bob Evans Farms, Inc. since 2017 until January 12, 2018. Mr. Townsley is Graduated from The Ohio State University with a bachelor's of science degree.
