They need more innovative forward thinking. Company needs to become more diverse and treat their employee better.
Working. Learn how to run the machines and help out instead of being short help on floor and way over staffed management.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
the vision an dental package
The company offers good benefits. The 401k match is lacking.
Dental coverage, chiropactic, and eye glass coverage
Paid time off and 401 K. The medical plan is okay.
Health Care insurance and paid time off.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits are bad and expensive. Constantly told we make too much

Good teamwork and very helpful
