What did you like most about the interview process?I spoke to kind people. One of them still works here and we speak daily!
What makes you most happy at work?Seeing my coworkers, helping people, and doing my part to make PostcardMania better and better.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The people. We specifically hire people who want to be here. We work with them to understand their specifics needs and interests and we build that into our culture, if it is not already there.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The state of the health care industry is what it is. There's not much that PostcardMania can really do about that. My rating is reflective of the situation and not so much PostcardMania in this case.
We are a full-service postcard direct-mail marketing company.Our services include graphic design, printing, mailing-list acquisition and mailing services.
