What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership, just like the rest of the staff, cares about the people they work with every day. They are generous and they try to make everyone happy.
Very transparent, very involved in the well being of the staff. They want the staff to be happy and doing well and it shows how much they care about it.

Love the leadership team and their ability to keep things going in a positive direction. Especially through all this Covid stuff when things got a little crazy, I felt calm and comfortable about what was being done. The culture is the best ever!

What is the best part about your compensation package?
There are a ton of perks working here. We also get a fair amount of time off, free chiropractor visits, on-site massage therapy, on-site gym and showers...the list goes on.
I think it's good exchange to what I offer to the company.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The state of the health care industry is what it is. There's not much that PostcardMania can really do about that. My rating is reflective of the situation and not so much PostcardMania in this case.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is dedicated and deeply cares about the success and growth of the company. We share a vision together.
Easy to get along with. Always willing to help me or other staff.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people. We specifically hire people who want to be here. We work with them to understand their specifics needs and interests and we build that into our culture, if it is not already there.
The way people are treated by all the execs. Most everyone is always smiling and happy and create an environment of friendliness.

I like that all aspects of the interviewee are considered, intelligence, aptitude, personality, cultural fit, etc. When PostcardMania interviews someone, we want to find someone who will want to be a team member forever.
that PostcardMania offer a open house to tour and see the facility before you apply to see if its the type of company you would like to work for. then if you like the open house you can apply right their and get you first interview.
