What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership, just like the rest of the staff, cares about the people they work with every day. They are generous and they try to make everyone happy.
Very transparent, very involved in the well being of the staff. They want the staff to be happy and doing well and it shows how much they care about it.

The leadership team treats everyone like family. There may be disagreements, but they are short-lived and never personal. I've never worked anywhere quite like PostcardMania, and I doubt there are many companies that even come close.
The leadership team allows you to do your job and I never feel micro-managed. You can tell that they really do care and want you to be happy here.
Very down to earth - always wanting to help staff improve and win at their posts. They created a no-office-politics and a no-negative-chatter environment.
