What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people. We specifically hire people who want to be here. We work with them to understand their specifics needs and interests and we build that into our culture, if it is not already there.
The way people are treated by all the execs. Most everyone is always smiling and happy and create an environment of friendliness.

There is a positive energy, everyone moves fast and is working hard but enjoying what they do.
the hiring process is intense and its hard to get a job here so the people here are really the creme de la creme! We have a zero tolerance policy in regards to office politics and negative chatter so its a very positive space.
