I like that all aspects of the interviewee are considered, intelligence, aptitude, personality, cultural fit, etc. When PostcardMania interviews someone, we want to find someone who will want to be a team member forever.
that PostcardMania offer a open house to tour and see the facility before you apply to see if its the type of company you would like to work for. then if you like the open house you can apply right their and get you first interview.

There is a bit of a process but only because of the quality of people. I know that I'm working amongst the best if they work here.
I got to speak with my potential manager and see if we would be a good fit before accepting
