You give them dates and times you can work for them to completely disregard them and ask you to work them anyway. You're always doing yours and someone else's jobs as you're constantly understaffed. Everyone is miserable to be there, including customers. It's not worth it.

This is a retail company and for this it is an on going challenge

Better pay for management staff are almost on the same pay as supervisors and most first year assistant managers

They're in the mud with you, can't really ask them to be saints can you? They're fine.

Its people based and people driven. Titles don't matter too much in the company it's about the results you produce

The area manager was honest about the position. The questions were answerable

My coworkers. This questionnaire asks same-y questions as to tire you out so you won't finish rating your employer's. It's laughable they'd think no one would notice.
