Its a great company if you want to be part of the "family" and great co workers and physical environment. If you want good salary and benefits, turn around right now.

My fellow workers are what makes Powell's the fun bookstore to visit, with their knowledge and enthusiasm for books, and welcoming atmosphere. The management is disconnected from the workforce and could do so much more with regard to worker support and communication.
