The interviewer made me feel extremely comfortable and at home. The conversation flowed well and it didn't feel like an interview.

The best part of the compensation package is the ability to be paid above market value as well as receiving full benefits

Working with such strong minded, driven people pushes me to my best everyday. The team is extremely collaborative and a very cohesive unit.

Being able to work with all your friends in a supportive environment where your opinions are asked for and respected. Leadership encourages us to try and don't be afraid to fail, as long as you learn from it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team at Power is truly one of kind. Leaders in the company are easily accessible and approachable, they are always willing to do whatever it takes to make sure their employees are happy but more importantly, thriving in their daily duties.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is unlike any place I have worked before. Never have I imagined working at a company where my excitement to go to work every day is through the roof and when I have to leave get a little upset because I do not want to leave my friends.
