What do people at PowerReviews think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
Cares about his employees, but not very flexible.
Matt is a great leader. I think he challenges people and pulls the most of out his employees which trickles down through the company. He is great at talking about the value of the user-generated content/reviews space and gets employees excited about the future of the company.

Great work-life balance. PowerReviews really understands that your life outside the office should be your number one priority. There are work from home options for some teams, we introduced summer hours this year, and it really comes down to if you are communicating effectively with your manager/team they are willing to work around your schedule and make things work.
