The people and leaders and encouraging

Remote work, allowance for vacations and time off.

The people are great, and work hard to make PowerSchool run.

Company does try to be inclusive which is good

friendly, collaborative, clear, crisp, lively

not sure, it is kind of toxic

You can be yourself and are welcomed. There are fun office perks and a team environment unlike any other. The company events drive engagement and boost morale.
