Need more training and ppg does not provide that.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Easy interview, manager was very nice and upfront about job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are paid lower than other comparable jobs. 2% pay increase with 10% inflation. They give no choice but to leave.
