Pay us what we are worth for doing the job..this is a multimillion dollar company, the employees that actually do the work should benefit more

Better supervisors. We need management that knows the process of what we do..treating ALL employees fairly. Management should npt play favorites

I came aboard when my previous employer was acquired. Therefore little to no interview process.
