Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
It's great. Look, they are building a company and won some really big contracts so they're doing something right. They want people who want to help build a company together so if you're entrepreneurial and want to be part of that, this is the place. If you don't like high energy, then not for you
What are some of the best things about your team?
Coworkers are smart, hardworking and fun to be around. I like the environment and the work is really interesting
What makes you most happy at work?
Nobody is dialing it in. People are easy to talk to and ask questions without being afraid of sounding like the one in the room that doesn't get it. Very collaborative. Everyone is here to make a difference
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
We have a lot of classified government work and I wish we'd get together more as a team because it's hard to be in a SCIF all day and not feel isolated. I don't think this is just a Praescient thing, but a difficulty in our industry.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was pretty simple. Talk with them about me, they talk about the company, and then they linked me up to talk with someone onsite to talk about what it's like on a daily basis to make sure I wasn't surprised by anything. I appreciated that. It ran smoothly

Process was streamlined where I got to talk with someone on the current program so I could ask real questions about what the environment was like and also speak directly to the owners of the company so I could get a feel for the culture from the top down. Everyone was respectful and transparent
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the work is very interesting and challenging. I like that I'm not one of a thousand butts in seats but get to have a real opinion that is heard and respected. Everyone for the most part really does work hard and play hard and it's good to be part of a team where everyone is contributing
What do you like best about your company?
Everyone is a cool combo of hard working and easy to get along with. People make time to help each other, even though we work in a fast paced environment. Theres a ton of thought into routine small acts of kindness from bday phone calls to office games to keeping a fridge full of food for everyone.
