If you’ve heard the phrase “it’s all good” said with a slight Tennessee twang in the halls of 618 Spirit, then David Yenzer is probably nearby.
David joined Premium in 2009 after more than 20 years of retail operations management experience with companies including Handleman and REPS, Inc., where he managed teams of more than 3,000 people and helped grow key accounts including Walmart, P&G, Activision, Microsoft, and many more.
At Premium, David holds ultimate responsibility for operations and logistics. In this role, he developed and implemented a zone-based field approach to improve performance and accountability. Similarly, he implemented training and development initiatives including a metric-based incentive for field reps.
In his role as President, David’s experience and easygoing manner help assure clients that he’s listening and doing everything he can to meet their unique needs in an ever-changing marketplace.
