Pat joined Premium as a consultant in 2012 before coming onboard as an employee in early 2013. As EVP over training and development, performance management, compensation, talent acquisition, and recruiting, Pat applies over 25 years of expertise to the role.
Prior to her tenure at Premium, Pat earned a BS and two Master’s degrees in Management and Human Resources. After spending the majority of her career in the corrections industry, you could say that Pat has seen it all. She brings a wealth of experiences managing and developing people to bear at Premium.
As a guest lecturer, Pat has traveled the US extensively to share her insights on human resources as well as training and development.
