Press Ganey is committed to ensuring that all associates feel engaged and supported in their work. We embrace diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) as key components of our comprehensive corporate strategy, and ultimately, as a way to drive better outcomes in quality, safety and patient experience for our clients. Our Internal DEI Steering Committee is comprised of 20 representatives from multiple departments throughout the organization. They provide guidance on equity-related communications, training and education. Within the Steering Committee, we have three dedicated task forces: diversity in talent, creating a culture of belonging, and elevating equity.
In addition, we have dedicated workgroups that are focused on uncovering disparities, brainstorming enhancements for DEI analyses and uncovering ways to bring a DEI lens to all Press Ganey products and solutions. Lastly, Press Ganey has an Equity Partnership that is comprised of 1,520 clients across the U.S. with a shared commitment to eliminate racial inequities of patients and caregivers and helps identify actionable insights to utilize a data-driven approach in reducing disparities.
