Pressed Juicery Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I work good hours and get paid good money

Getting paid weekly is very manageable. It is easier to manage my momey.

Compensation for part time workers is limited

Review from Sales Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel undervalued because of my position, and that all of what I do is never enough in the eyes of all the people above me. I would feel better if there is more compassion, understanding, and appreciation for those in leadership positions.

training new hires should result in more pay as a shift lead; managing machinery should also result in more pay.

I felt very undervalued because for the work i put out for the store i was constantly being singled out by the district manager for whatever reason he chose that day

I feel undervalued bc of the management team not caring enough to hear out its employees. My store did so much of the managers job and no one seemed to care that we did not want to do his job. When we spoke up we would get treated worse.

I learned that one of my co workers were on a different paying rate than others for the same exact position. Equality is not there and being way underpaid for the amount of work required. And highly understaffed but managers refuse to put more people at the front when customers complain we need help

Review from Sales Dept

They accidentally sent out pay to the store manager inbox about all store managers. You could clearly see a gender pay gap. I saw women at $18 for store manager and men at $26

I was underpayed, treated unfairly, and laid off for taking offered PTO due to COVID-19. Employees who choose to take the PTO were laid off on the spot. The stores remained open because they claim to be "essential." They put customers and employees at risk because all they care about is profits.

Review from Sales Dept

I feel undervalued because there is never a sense of appreciation to go around. That is why the NYC district has different store managers every day. This company is like a revolving door.

Review from Sales Dept

hourly wage is great however there should be some sort of incentive bonus/commission structure when you sign someone up for a membership. even if its just a couple dollars i would feel more recognized and much more motivated!

Review from Sales Dept

Compensation should vary depending on individual performance and duties. Currently that is not the case as most folks holding the same positions earn the same.

I've been working there over half a year and have yet to receive a performance review as promised. There's also no internal promotion as far as I can tell.
