The ease and cleanliness of my cat's environment.
Getting the product to the customer on time, maybe partner with someone who can get products on time, I have been tracking my order and it hasn't moved since it's been "shipped".
Their customer service is not helpful.
Product Ordered January 24th and as of today it still has not shipped. It has now been two month and the carriers are being blame but I spoke to Fedx and they told me the pick up every day so you can longer blamce the carrier.l
Good product. Reliable delivery. Cat/vet recommend other. Struggle to cancel
