Prior to joining PRGX, Michael was the Chief Executive Officer of Movero Inc., Chief Executive Officer of Apex Analytix, and held numerous roles with Fuqua Industries including Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions. Michael’s career in source-to-pay began during his prior tenure at PRGX, when he was the Company’s President and Chief Operating Officer. He has also served in an advisory capacity to several private equity firms, including Ardian North America.

Michael holds an M.B.A. from Emory University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida State University.
