Creativity and ability to come up with ideas on my own.

How's the work pace at PrideStaff?
Fast paced but realistic. Never a dull moment which is good.
Fast-paced. Really important to rely on our teams to get things done.
What are the team outings like at PrideStaff?
Very fun! Bowling, paint night and just hanging with the crew.
Our team outings are usually once per month with our departments/teams and they help to build relationships and strengthen the team. They are super fun!

In the branch offices they range from a tightly knit machine (if the team is in on the decision to hire, no problem) to a chaotic mess, which you can see by the chaos in the office. If in the corporate office, they are a united front. The COO runs that ship, get on the good side of this and all will be well. Loves self starters. Good luck, good company to work for, generally.
