My manager is the best.
They truly care about the hospital and it's patients and staff. Corporate is the problem with our facility.

Pay would be better. Better nursing staff.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They're helpful. Always willing to help when needed. Get along with everyone.

Teamwork. Shop moral is at an all time low.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone makes eye contact and says, "hello," with a smile.

Registration and ER are rude not helpful. New staff should be trained with customer service
