Mr. Peter W. Schneider has been the President of Primerica, Inc. since April 1, 2015. Mr. Schneider served as an Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Primerica, Inc. from 2000 to April 1, 2015 and its Chief Administrative Officer from October 2009 to April 1, 2015. Mr. Schneider served as Secretary of Primerica, Inc. since October 2009. He worked at the law firm of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison as an associate from 1981 to 1984 and at the law firm of Rogers & Hardin first as an Associate from 1984 to 1988 and as a partner from 1988 to 2000. Mr. Schneider serves on the boards of directors of the Georgia Chamber of Commerce, the Northwest YMCA and the Carolina Center for Jewish Studies. Mr. Schneider earned both his BS in political science and industrial relations in 1978 and JD in 1981 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
