What do you like best about the leadership team?
Flexibility in working hours for employees
Most are just like me
He is very approachable, easy to talk to and is down to earth

communication. not following lines of bad decesions
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Lots of opportunities to do very well
they know the difference between sick days and vacation days, we are able to be sick and not be docked vacation days.
it allows me to make money quickly
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Add more bonus to my salary
Pay people what they actially deverve and get rid of the people sexually harrassing eveyone
they change the commission base almost yearly, always better for the company, never better for the employees. less pay more work
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most are some of my best friends
small team and everyone gets along. we are able to talk to each other and share ideas quickly and effectively
the best part of my team is that they are very friendly and if i have any questions they help me clarify my doubts.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
lack of care for the job, they need to be more invested and care more for the work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
we celebrate birthdays monthly and we all get a treat.
they are very sensitive and respectful people.

the recruiter was able to talk me through a lot of the procedure which made it easier to navigate what is going on

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Fire dave and naomi and everyone that is sexually harrassing people
more work. less pay. tasks change daily and the expectations are beyond what can be done in one day
