Management created a hostile work environment. The leadership also threatened to no longer provide toilet paper for employees in the office. Instead of helping wmployees perform their job the management is usually sleep, hiding, ignoring requests for assistance from employees or refuse to help.

The interviewer was great! Professional but welcoming and engaging.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is very low for what the job entails. Also, there are no incentives for great performance.
