The company was good a few years ago, but due to layoffs, firings, salary reductions, and lack of good leadership the culture has changed significantly. I just wish our CEO would actively try and improve it and show that he really cares about our well being.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like see compensation equal or at least come close to market rates
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The culture of this company needs to improve before anything can change. Change starts from the top (CEO)
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to communicate better and make effective decisions. There are too many directions this company is trying to go in. Pick one and stick to it.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We have great co-workers. Unfortunately they are sick and tired of the lack of direction and leadership in the company which makes for an unpleasant work environment
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Leadership and change starts from the top. We need a C Level Executive that can create and foster positive change. We do not have that now at any level. The only one capable of this type of change is our CTO
